The ten feet tall sky blue slender rectangular closet door creaked as it opened slowly to reveal a violet purple stubby cylindrical figure. His thin arms hung like two obtuse angle which swayed back and forth. A large royal blue foot rose from a skinny leg taking one more step. I froze in my tracks.
I immediately noticed his hair was bright neon green rays, shooting out of his spherical head. There was even an undefined slope part in the center. Huge oval shaped eyes of mustard yellow with deep pitch black plus sign for the right and a negative sign for the left, peered at me. Bushy black trapezoid eye brows with right angles facing the line of symmetry were hiked above the eyes as if he was just as surprised to see me. His nose was acute with the vertex pointing up. His mouth was a negative parabola, with two milky off white scalene triangular teeth. His left ear was the square root of nine and his right ear is a direct reflection of the left. He raised his left hand, exposing what looked like a clear plastic protractor, and a school bus yellow number two pencil.
He was mumbling ridiculous jargons… a squared plus b squared equals c squared…m equals y-two minus y-one divided by x-two minus x-one… I feared he would devour me with the order of operation and find no solution! I woke up to find nothing there, feeling safe to know it was just a stupefied dream. Then I realized my doomed reality of that was to come in a few hours. The infamous math CRTs!
